Calendar View - a jumping off place throughout the season. Icons represent Harvests, Weather, Tasks and Events on those days.

The Plant View. A database of flowers that we will grow throughout the season.

The Field View. Grouping of Beds together to create a unit that we can report against for costs - e.g. High Tunnels.

The Bed View. A definition of the growing bed with square feet available to plant. As plantings are added, the availabile capacity is updated, and the plantings are shown on the chart at the bottom of the page.

The Planting View. A joining of What will we grow (Plants) with Where will it grow (Beds) to When will it grow. Plantings can autogenerate tasks

The Event View. A catalog of events where we will sell our flowers, such as for Weddings, Special Dinners, or Pop Ups

The Tasks View. A common place for the weekly and daily tasks that need to be done. The idea would be to create as many tasks as possible before season, so that during the season, non routine tasks can be added easily.

The Settings View. Customize the settings for your farm, including adding users, customizing automated generated tasks, and email settings

The Harvest View. Enter the quantities of flowers you have harvested. You can email these to customers, or allocate to events, making recordkeeping easier.

The Send Email View. Prepare an email directly from the Harvest Page, and send this to your customers.
